SAC
Jarrett Leas reported that there has been no turnover in boat slips. He is working on updating the boat map. Next year 12-15 dock sections will need to be replaced. Cost is $60 per section for labor; Club will supply materials.
Old Business
–With approval of the work on the out lot #4 steps, Club will move forward on work for out lots #2 and #3 steps. Ginny contacted two other contractors for bids on the work, both declined. It was suggested that Dan Hulrbert be contacted about the work. Jarrett expressed concerns about getting the boat lifts over step handrails. He suggested we contact Trevor for his opinion before moving forward. It was decided to get the boats out of the water this fall to determine the best placement for the stairs.
-Tom Whitehead will head a group of volunteers to power wash the fence at the park. Boots has enough paint for all Club fences.
-Eagle-The Board discussed lighting for the Eagle. Some are for the lights and some are not. It was decided to put up some basic lighting to see how it looks. Ron McKitterick suggested some of the extra Eagle funds be used to re-stain the Cinosam sign at the end of the road.
-Thank to Mark Elson, Tim Vescio and all the other volunteers who made the 4th of July celebration a success.
-Thank you to the VonMaur’s for the annual clean up and mowing of the park throughout the summer.
New Business
–Boots reported on the current work on clean up due to recent storms. He expressed his thanks to the volunteers who helped.
-Trish Kane and Joey Halvorson will head up Octoberfest. The date has been set for October 15.
-Round Lake-It was noted that some vandalism has been occurring. Tom Whitehead suggested adding dock sections at the end for fishing.
Comments from General Membership

Motion to adjourn was made by Tim Vescio and seconded by Ginny McDonald.
