Motion made to approve the YTD Financial Report, as presented, was made by Heather
Thompson and seconded by Kathy Becker. Motion carried.
There was some discussion regarding the liability insurance, it’s limitation of coverage
per event and whether an umbrella policy should be considered for additional coverage.
Liz will research the cost of this and bring it back to the Board for consideration.
Liz shared that an annual letter was received from The Round Lake Association,
soliciting donations for lake management, including dredging. There are 268
homeowners; 153 have donated money thus far. Cinosam Club has historically donated
less than $100, annually. It was noted that since we have 6 Boat Slips on Round that
benefit greatly from the dredging, a fair amount would be to donate $50./boat.
Motion made to donate $300 to the Round Lake Association was made by Liz Becher
and seconded by Tricia Kane. Motion carried.
    New Business
Two more 6-foot tables are needed. Liz volunteered to pick these up at Costco.
Heather discussed the need to purchase cork board/bulletin board material for the Park
display case, for document posting, and will work to get this in place.
