Cinosam Club Approved Minutes March, 2021
Additional Docks on Round Lake
An electronic discussion/meeting was initiated by Tim Vescio, requesting Board voting
action to add 2 dock sections to the Round Lake docks, with an estimated cost of
$3,000.00. 
Tim noted that due to the unique problems with depth, Trevor recommended aluminum
frames with wood slats; sway braces are also needed. Two benches and the associated
hardware will be included in the enhancement.

Kelly Spratt, Liz Becher, John Klauck, Mark McDonald, Heather Thompson, Tricia
Kane, Mary Jo Ohlin.
Board Members [not on discussion] or did not respond: [Ed Koehler], Tom
Froyum, Kathy Becker.
A quorum was present.
Minutes: 
All responding members voted for the additions as proposed. No opposing votes were
voiced. Motion carried.
